These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Talkitout platform ("Platform") and the services provided therein ("Services"). 1. Introduction
 

1.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By accessing or using the Platform and Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

 

 

2. User Eligibility

 

2.1 The Platform and Services are intended for use by individuals over the age of eighteen (18) years. If you are under the age of eighteen (18), you may only use the Platform and Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5.2 The Company's name, logo, and other trademarks may not be used without the Company's prior written permission.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the Platform and Services.

 

6.2 The Company's total liability in connection with these Terms and your use of the Platform and Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

 

 

7. Indemnification

 

7.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform and Services or your breach of these Terms.
