Dhanwinder's professional journey includes associations with some of the world's most prestigious advertising agencies, such as McCann, JWT, LOWE, Leo Burnett, and Rediffusion. These roles provided him the opportunity to work with a multitude of blue-chip brands including Idea Cellular, Star India, Radio Mirchi, Ford India, General Motors, HDFC Mutual Fund, Nippon Mutual Fund, TATA Motors, and Tata Power. His extensive experience with these renowned companies underscores his expertise and influence in the marketing and advertising landscape. In addition to his corporate success, Dhanwinder has also ventured into the entrepreneurial world. He has been a key part of several startups, one of which was in the healthcare sector. The COVID-19 pandemic significantly altered his perspective on healthcare, revealing a societal insensitivity towards mental health issues. This realization led him to focus on creating solutions that address these challenges. "My mission is to create a platform where open, honest, and non-judgmental conversations can take place. I believe in empowering individuals to express themselves fearlessly, helping them lighten their mental load, and contributing to a happier society."

Avneet Ghai Sahni is the Founding Member and Head of International Business at TalkItOut, driven by a deeply personal mission: to ensure that no one feels unheard, unseen, or alone in their mental health journey. With a strong background in communications, content, and digital strategy, Avneet has worked as a Communications Officer at GS Live Ltd, Business Development & Account Manager at Everymedia, and as Head of Content at BookMyShow. These roles shaped her ability to create meaningful conversations through powerful storytelling, social media, and strategic communication — skills she now channels into building awareness and accessibility around mental wellbeing. A mother of twins, Avneet understands first-hand the emotional and mental load modern parents carry, especially when navigating early childhood challenges and the pressures of doing everything “right.” Her own experience of studying abroad gave her a deep understanding of the cultural shifts, isolation, and identity challenges that international students and young adults often face today. These lived experiences inspired Avneet to co-create TalkItOut — a platform rooted in the belief that early intervention, safe conversations, and being truly heard can change the trajectory of mental health for individuals and families. Her vision is simple yet powerful: To normalise asking for help, remove the stigma around mental health, and make support accessible before people reach their breaking point. “No one should have to struggle in silence. Being heard, early, can change everything.”
